For those interested in intensive agricultural pursuits, with incredibly immersed infrastructure all set up and ready to go, this expansive orchard plantation is not to be missed.

The stacked stone entry with automatic gate leads down a picturesque, tree-lined and tar-sealed driveway to a private and secluded, spacious 4-bedroomed home, with over-sized study and three living areas.

Outdoor entertaining is a breeze, with covered entertaining wrapped around two sides of the home. There’s the built-in barbecue area complete with stainless steel sink and Rangehood, featuring brick hearth and flue… and don’t forget the Pizza Oven. There’s a 4-person spa to wind down after those long days, surrounded by trees, spacious level lawns and mature hedges.

Through the wide sliding doors for maximum light, the country kitchen is spacious, functional and with plenty of bench space, to satisfy the fussiest of Cooks. The oven is stainless steel, 900mm gas cooking and oven with rangehood. Raked ceilings, downlights and Fujitsu split system air, is one of three throughout the home.

Off the kitchen there’s the large lounge / rumpus room which continues the theme of the raked ceilings and of course Plantation shutters, also throughout. Step up from the kitchen in the other direction and enjoy family dinner in the spacious, formal dining room overlooking peaceful, rural paddock views.

The laundry is found off the kitchen black slate tiles and stylish kitchen cupboards and drawers, with plenty of linen space and even an extra toilet / powder room with wash-basin.

The hallway takes you through to the Theatre / Media Room, complete with projector, wall-screen, surround sound and Pioneer split system air. The bedrooms are found beyond here, past the slow combustion fireplace and stacked-stone feature, consistent in key parts of the home.

All the 4 bedrooms have built-ins, with an over-sized Master suite that features similarly over-sized bathroom, exquisite with its double shower and wall-to-ceiling tiles. The Master also has the third split system air con unit and all have downlights and ceiling fans.

Campbelltown gets its name from Elizabeth Campbell, the wife of former Governor of New South Wales Lachlan Macquarie. Originally called Campbell-Town, the name was later simplified to the current Campbelltown. Campbelltown was presented with its own Coat of Arms in 1969, based on the Arms of the Campbell Family in Scotland.

Situated in the fast-growing Macarthur district, Campbelltown now boasts some of the largest shopping centres outside Sydney, with all major facilities to support growing families and is a significant regional hub for South-Western Sydney, with a direct rail line and highway, major hospital, university and several shopping centres.
